My mindfulness journey!

My mindfulness journey started about 5 years ago when I was struggling with my mental health. I was introduced to mindfulness by a therapist and I can honestly say that practicing mindfulness was the best and most beneficial thing I did to improve my mental health. Although it was difficult in the beginning, the more I practiced it, the more I enjoyed it. I now try to practice mindfulness as much as possible :)
