We're excited to come together to participate in the second annual Snowflake Streak, a peer-to-peer fundraiser supporting Health Partnership Clinic (HPC). HPC provides medical, dental, prenatal, behavioral health and substance abuse disorder services to the uninsured and underinsured indivudals and families in Johnson, Miami and Franklin counties of Kansas.
