We will fight until we SEE no evil, HEAR no evil and SPEAK no evil...

...but, to achieve this: there must BE no evil. Ag-gag laws go about this in the wrong way. They seek to cover the truth, rather than fix the issues. So first we must bear witness, hear the suffering, and speak out against the evil in the industry.

The money raised will go toward Animal Justice’s legal fight to defeat ag-gag laws. These laws aim to conceal suffering in the animal agriculture industry by making it illegal for whistleblowers to come forward and expose the realities of these facilities. This year, provinces all across Canada have introduced and passed dangerous ag gag laws that aim to cover up animal cruelty in the meat industry, violate your constitutional right to freedom of expression, and decrease transparency about where your food comes from. These types of laws have been struck down in some states as unconstitutional, and Animal Justice will be challenging them on the same basis.
