Hi everyone! I have been volunteering for The Community Kitchen since 2021. I became a board member in the fall of 2023 and I cannot say enough good things about this organization. The people are some of the best I've met, caring deeply about this community and helping the people in it. Every Tuesday morning I help sort what's called "fresh rescue" this is food that comes in from Keene stores that will be used for weekly pantry. We feed and help so many families. As a single mom, I'm fortunate enough to have had support through some hard times in my life, support that many people do not have. While I never had to use The Community Kitchen's services, so many families need help, even if they are working full time. If you'd like to join this event please register and join us!!
