As a member of a family affected by mental illness, a NAMI Family-to-Family teacher and a volunteer with NAMI Southwest CT, I have seen first-hand the devastating effects these diseases can have on quality of life.  But I have also seen how NAMI’s programs can help people stand up to mental illness and the stigma surrounding it.

I would love to have you join me in Sherwood Island State Park on Saturday, May 18, to show your support for mental health and fight the stigma.  I am team captain of the Case&Co fundraising team for 2019.  If you would like to join my team and solicit support from your friends, family and coworkers for the Walk, please click the Join My Team! button to the right.
