Susan Keeler Smith's courageous 16 year battle with metastatic breast cancer has been a source of inspiration and hope for others going through a similar experience. Cancer is a difficult journey, both physically and emotionally, and it takes a great deal of strength and perseverance to fight it. Susan's determination to keep fighting, even in the face of a challenging diagnosis, is truly remarkable. She has inspired many others who are going through a similar experience and shown them that they too can find the strength to keep going.

I'm fortunate to have joined the Wellness House Board almost two years ago and excited to lead Team Susan for a second consecutive year in the Walk for Wellness House event. Team Susan welcomes anyone interested in joining us for the May 7th event to raise funds benefiting Wellness House. 

Wellness House provides complete cancer care - every step of the way. Whether you have cancer, or you are caring for a friend or family member who is diagnosed with cancer, all are welcome at Wellness House. More than 520 programs are provided each month, both online and in person, to improve physical and emotional well-being and give people with cancer a support network like no other. 

Because of the Walk, and the generous donations of individuals and businesses, everything at Wellness House is provided free of charge, providing one less thing to worry about when struggling with a cancer. That's why I have joined the Walk and why I ask you to join me in giving what you can to support people in the fight for their lives.
