For the sixth Thanksgiving in a row, I’ll be walking for Meals on Wheels in the Walk to End Hunger! This is a tradition that means a lot to me, as I believe strongly in the work we do to ensure there’s food on the table for seniors and people with disabilities in our community.

In recent years, I’ve participated in the Walk in memory of my grandma Lori. She was one of the kindest and most generous people around and I will always associate her with a hearty Thanksgiving meal. I can think of no better way to honor her generosity than by doing our part to bring sustenance to those who need it most.
