Whelp one more time my heart has been moved to help these kids, I guess this time means more to me than any of the last 6 years. COVID has almost crippled this program and the service they provide to these kids. Mentoring in this heightened climate is crucial to how their future will evolve, mentoring will be the one thing they can count on with these men who give so freely from their own place of the heart and their own desire to give back. The streets for some of them isn't going to give them the guidance they need to make lasting and productive choices for successful living. 

This will be my last 100 Wave attempt and fundraiser. 

God has new directions for my heart and thinking.

I wrote this the second year I was a participant -

They are not drug addicts.

They are not court-ordered or in legal trouble.

They are not looking for a handout.

They are not helpless.

They are, fatherless.

They are, willing to follow a group of men.

They are, looking to become someone.

They are, hopeful.

They are, some really cool kids.

They are, my friends.

I hope and pray many of you will help support a cause I believe in with all my heart.

Please consider the facts presented with the success of Boys to Men.

$600 is the cost to give a fatherless teenage boy ONE SCHOOL YEAR in Boys to Men.

School records show that boys who participated in BTM for one school year improved their GPAs by an average of 27% and reduced their discipline incidents by 85%
