Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for this year’s Dempsey Challenge.
On March 22, I lost my dear friend Kim to metastatic breast cancer. She brought so much light, strength, and love into the lives of everyone around her. Watching her face cancer with courage changed me, and losing her has left a space that cannot be filled.
I am participating in the Dempsey Challenge in her memory. While I will be taking part virtually, this effort is very real to me. It is a way to honor Kim and support others who are going through what she did.
The Dempsey Center provides free support to people impacted by cancer. They help improve physical, emotional, and social well being at every stage of the cancer journey. That kind of care matters more than I can put into words.
