Why a Horse Race?

Alatheia's two major fundraisers, The Little Black Dress Party and the Run for the Roses Benefit Gala, were cancelled in 2020 due to pandemic restrictions.  These events typically fund 60% of what we need each year to provide therapeutic riding to children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities.  

 The Apple Cup Horse Race is our answer to the financial challenges brought on by these cancellations.  It's a friendly competition to see which horse or organizational team can raise the most money to help fund next year.  Join the fun by choosing a team to support and donate.  Watch our watch our progress here!
