IMPORTANT UPDATE: CHARLESTON CONGENITAL HEART WALK POSTPONED

Due to forecasted high winds and severe weather on October 10, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Charleston Congenital Heart Walk. The safety of our Heart Warriors, Heart Angel families, participants, volunteers, sponsors, and entire community is our highest priority.

Already registered? Your registration will automatically carry over to November 14. No additional registration is required.
 

Walk T-Shirts: If you have already earned your Walk T-shirt by raising $100 or more on your personal fundraising page, you will be able to pick up your shirt on the new date.  If you can not attend the walk on the new date to pick up your shirt, please contact kwells@childrensheartfoundation.org. If you have not yet reached $100, you can continue fundraising to earn your shirt.

Our Congenital Heart Walk brings heart families, survivors, and supporters together for a meaningful one-mile walk—honoring Heart Warriors we’ve lost and celebrating those still fighting. It’s a family-friendly day of connection, remembrance, and hope, showing that no one faces CHDs alone.

For 30 years, The Children’s Heart Foundation has funded research that has driven breakthrough advances that are saving lives, improving outcomes, and helping children with CHD grow up to chase their dreams. Every grant brings hope. Every discovery gives families more moments together.
