Hello Friends and Animal Lovers,

Thank you for visiting our Walk for the Animals fundraising page!

For over 33 years, the Walk for the Animals has served as the Humane Society of Broward County's largest annual fundraiser. By donating to the Walk, you are helping thousands of animals that come through their doors each year and our community with the various programs that are offered to them.

This organization is very special to me, not only because I adopted Zoe from this shelter fourteen years ago, but also because of the care, love and time that is dedicated to these animals in finding them their forever homes.  One of the programs that they offer is the Animal Assisted Therapy Program.  This year Zoe and I are celebrating our eleventh year of being a part of this wonderful program that offers so much to our community.  Throughout the years we’ve been blessed with our visits to our dear MSD community, Camp Erin (a grieving camp for children), hospitals, college events and our assigned library where children can practice their reading to Zoe once a month.

We invite you to come out and have a fun time at the Walk.  If you can't make it, would you please consider sending a donation our way?  No amount is too small because it all counts towards our overall team goal.
