About Me!
Joey Doyle is a Project Manager at Hayden Homes, where he has spent more than four years overseeing residential construction projects with a focus on quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. He takes pride in building homes and creating positive experiences for homeowners throughout the construction process. Outside of work, Joey’s greatest priority is his family. He and his wife are raising their two young children—a 5-year-old son and a 3-year-old daughter—and he values every opportunity to spend time with them. Whether it’s exploring the outdoors, making memories on camping trips, or simply enjoying everyday moments together, family remains at the center of his life. An avid outdoorsman, Joey enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping whenever he can. His appreciation for nature, combined with his strong work ethic and commitment to family, reflects the values that guide both his personal and professional life.
About my Hip Hop Coach!
Shannon Abero Guerrero grew up in Northern CA and has been dancing for over 30 years She was inspired by music videos on MTV in the 80’s and loved emulating moves from Janet Jackson to Paula Abdul and more! Shannon didn’t receive formal training until Highschool, where she was on the Cheer, Drill and the Dance Teams. Her older brother, Brian, soon discovered Hip-hop and introduced her younger sister to a class - - the rest is History. After receiving her BA in Psychology at Cal State University of Long Beach, Shannon worked for an AIDS intervention organization for a year, while still dancing on the side. Her love and passion for dance soon became her livelihood after booking a dance agent in Los Angeles. Some of her credentials include: House of Blues, Nike, Memoirs of a Geisha, and The Ellen Show. She has toured with Asian singers and has taught internationally as well. After dancing professionally for a few years in Southern California, Shannon became a dance instructor in Santa Barbara California and currently teaches all across Central Oregon (at The Dance Connection, Sisters Dance Academy & Bend Parks & Rec) sharing her love of dance with all her students! This is her fifth year participating in a Sparrow Clubs fundraiser and she is beyond excited to once again be one of the Pro Hip-hop team coaches! She hopes to raise awareness of the amazing work that Sparrow Clubs of Central Oregon does for our youth!
