Closing the achievement gap and giving all students the option for a joyous learning environment is something I work towards every day.  During the school year I can do this by working to support teachers as an instructional coach but what about during the summer?  Horizons fits that bill because it provides a home for students from Philly public schools to keep up on academics but also get all the enriching opportunities that summer camps provide!  Please join me in supporting a great program that continues to grow and ensure that these students will continue to enjoy sports, swim lessons, art, music and opportunties to grow in so many different ways!
