This year will be my 6th Women Swimmin'. This year, it hits different. In years past I swam for the comaraderie of women, for a good cause, for the challenge. This year, I swim for mom. I swim in gratitude for our hospice in NJ and the indespensible care they showed her, the dignity they gifted her with, and the care they showed my dad and our family in saying goodbye.
