We’re thrilled to welcome the Albany FireWolves, the Capital Region’s professional box lacrosse team, as a proud supporter of this year’s Capital Cup for Kids!

Get ready for an electrifying rematch of the 2024 NLL Semi-Finals! On **Saturday, April 12th at 7 PM**, the Albany FireWolves continue their push for the playoffs against the San Diego Seals, inside the roaring MVP Arena.

Building on Love and Capital Cup for Kids volunteers will be staffing a booth at this Saturday's Albany FireWolves game - sharing info about the event and selling raffle tickets! Stop by our booth and say hi!

Mites Mania is Back!

Calling all Mite (8U) hockey players (birth years 2017 & 2018)—get ready for a fun and competitive Mites Mania event at the Capital Cup for Kids!

Sunday, April 27th

1:20 PM

Albany County Hockey Facility

This special event, organized by local teens, features a 40-player, round-robin tournament with teams coached by certified Mite coaches. Players will be randomly assigned to one of four teams for an unforgettable experience on the ice all to help Maddie, a 4-year-old battling cancer!
