My Personal Fundraising Page

Can you help me save animals? 

It's my 4th year fundraising for Walk & Wag and Run! I started volunteering at HSHV in 2022 and have enjoyed it so much over the last few years. Walk & Wag and Run is one of my favorite events (both to volunteer at and to attend) and it helps to raise much needed funds for the shelter. 

In May of 2023 I was volunteering for a Love Train transport shift. They placed a sweet, scared little brown puppy named Worcestershire in my arms and I spent the next 10 minutes staring into his eyes and falling in love with him. He got adopted by another family that week and I kicked myself for not adopting him. Two weeks later, I noticed he was back on the website available for adoption (the first family returned him!) so my husband and I went to the shelter and brought him home. He is now named Duncan and we love him so much! Donations to my page will help play a part in continuing the Love Train program, which helps bring hundreds of animals (mostly puppies!) from struggling rescues and shelters with high euthanasia rates to HSHV.
