I'm participating in the 2023 Winter Walk because I believe ending homelessness is within our reach. I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for The Women's Lunch Place.  We have been providing a safe, warm, clean place for women who are homeless to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch, along with a strong sense of community, for over 40 years.  We now do so much more than that, proving primary care and behavioral health services, job seeking assistance, and housing assistance and placement.  It is truly amazing to see how these wonderfully resilient women can thrive with some support and compassion.
