I’m doing this 5K because I believe in Vong Tay Cha Me Viet’s mission to educate the Vietnamese parents of children with autism and other disabilities. They provide resources and education to the parents so that they can better advocate for their children with the hope that they can grow up to be loved and fully functioning members of society. They have meetings and bring and share resources and organized activities for the children and their families. I have volunteered with Vong Tay Cha Me Viet a few times since I know of its existence. It's always so joyful to see the children and families participating and having fun together. Whatever amount uou can donate would be greatly appreciated so that the organization can have fund to continue their mission.
