This one is for Camilla… and for every animal at the Humane Society of Huron Valley still waiting to find their forever person. On May 16th, the Humane Society of Huron Valley is hosting their annual Walk & Wag 5K, which helps fund the incredible work they do every day. Each year, HSHV helps find homes for over 5,000 animals, while also caring for those who are injured, abandoned, or need extra time and support before finding the right home. If you are local to Ann Arbor, Michigan, I would LOVE to see you there. It would mean a lot to have you walk or run with us. If you can’t make it, a donation would truly mean the world. Your support helps provide medical care, shelter, and second chances to animals who have nowhere else to go. HSHV is a no-kill shelter, meaning they will stick with an animal for as long as it takes, whether that is days, months, or even years, until they find the right home. They are also ranked in the top 1% of nonprofits by Charity Navigator for their accountability and transparency, so you can feel confident your donation is making a real impact.
