Jeff’s first 5k

As some of you may know from my various postings, I am a huge LA Rams fan.  What you may not know, is that over the last year, I have been looking for an opportunity to participate in a run that raises funds for a worthwhile cause. When I read that the Rams are supporting the United Way HomeWalk, it inspired me to join in support of this initiative. I have been jogging/ellipticalling approximately 12-15 miles per week, for the past 10 months, and but for my aging knees, I hope to complete my first street jog in many years. This is my first time reaching out to family and friends encouraging support for an incredibly important initiative. This initiative aims to support the homeless of Los Angeles, particularly with housing. If you are so inclined, your support in this effort will be greatly appreciated.
